Under Graduate Programmes
Admission to seats for the various under graduate programmes offered at the School of Engineering, Kunjali Marakkar School of Marine Engineering, Cochin University College of Engineering Kuttanad (including 10% NRI seats) and under graduate programmes offered in the Department of Instrumentation, School of Legal Studies, Ship Technology, Polymer Science and Rubber Technology and Centre of Excellence in Lasers & Opto Electronic Sciences (CELOS) will be based on the “common Admission Test” (CAT) of CUSAT, open to all Indian nationals with test centres in all district headquarters in Kerala, and in selected centres outside Kerala.
Post Graduate Programmes
Admission to seats for the various post graduate programmes except M.Phil and M.Tech programmes of the University will be based on the Common Admission Test (CAT) of CUSAT, open to all Indian nationals, with test centres in all district headquarters in Kerala.
Lateral Entry to III semester B.Tech Programme
The University offers admission to the third semester of B.Tech. Programmes in B.Tech. in Civil Engg., Computer Science & Engg., Electrical & Electronics Engg., Electronics & Communication Engg., Information Technology, Instrumentation Technology, Mechanical Engg., Polymer Science & Engineering and Safety & Fire Engg. conducted by the Cochin University College of Engineering, Kuttanad; School of Engineering; Department of Instrumentation and Polymer Science & Rubber Technology, Thrikkakara campus through Lateral Entry Scheme.
