Besides regular recruitment process to invite applications from suitable candidates, PSUs regularly appeared at the top academic institutes like IITs, NITs and IIMs for Engineers and Management Trainees.
PSU have started to recruit Engineers through GATE Examination, this practice of PSU to recruit though direct campuses.
