Candidates seeking admission to B.Tech courses offered by PES University - minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized institute.

The question paper of PESSAT will include a total of 160 questions over two sections. Section 1 is made up of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Section 2 tests students on English grammar. PESSAT doesn’t have negative marking. Questions will be set from CBSE syllabus, with 70% and 30% weightage given to Class XI and XII syllabus respectively.
